We are pleased to welcome Eric Yahrmarkt back for his fourth year as part of the OC Indoor percussion staff.

Eric has been involved with percussion groups in the Northwest for the last 11 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in music from Washington State University, where he studied under professor David Jarvis.

From 2000 to 2002 Eric marched with the Seattle Cascades, where the corps captured a Div III championship (2000), Div II high percussion (2001), and a top 12 finals performance (2002). In 2007, Eric went on to teach the Cascades.

Currently, Eric lives in Portland Oregon and is the Percussion Coordinator for Liberty and Canby High Schools. He is a battery technician for both the Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps and OC Indoor. Eric also teaches and consults for several other local high school percussion programs, has an extensive private lesson studio, and enjoys playing locally as a drumset artist.
