OCI is very fortunate to have gained the considerable talents and expertise of one of the Color Guard community's finest.

Charlotte will be entering her second season as the Visual Ensemble Caption Supervisor for OCI. Under her guidance and leadership, the OCIVE delivered a huge impact to our group as we got bumped into World Class and made finals at WGI.

Ms. Morrow has performed over the course of a decade with the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps (Concord, CA), The Blue Knights and Seattle Cascades as well as Northwest Passage, Northern Lights Independent World and Blast!

Ms. Morrow is currently the Colorguard Director for the Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, and has over 15 years teaching experience with groups including Northern Lights World, Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps, Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps (Madison,WI), Cascades Independent Winter Guard, and most recently the Boston University Band and Winter Percussion Ensemble.
